Architectural Control Committee
Homeowners who want to make changes to their properties should review the CC&Rs they were given when buying their home to see if an ACC Request is required. If yes, the homeowner should review the instructions and submit a request (see below).
The ACC committee verifies that such changes are within the scope of the Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) related to the property in question. The purpose of the ACC Committee is to help preserve the value of the neighborhood through compliance with CC&Rs. (See "Community Rules" tab) You may send e-mail inquires to acc@washougalsunset.org.
