Can I rent the Clubhouse? posted: February 28, 2006  Can the Clubhouse be rented for private parties? The gathering room – the big room on the main floor with the big screen TV - can be rented.  Click on the “Community Rules” button for Clubhouse rules and rental form.   Can my children go to the Clubhouse alone? posted: February 28, 2006 An adult member (18 or older) must accompany and oversee activities of younger children.  Click on the “Community Rules” tab at the left, then the “Clubhouse Rules” tab for more information.   Do I need a permit for home improvement? posted: February 28, 2006 How do I find out if the home improvement project I am doing requires a permit?  Click on the “Community Resources” tab, then select “City of Washougal.”  Contact them regarding permits.  Approval of an ACC request does not mean you have City approval.  Getting the proper permits will make it much easier to sell your home later, and will save you a lot of trouble and money should your construction not meet code.   How do I get a key to the Clubhouse? posted: February 28, 2006 If you are a new resident your title company will notify the management company that your dues are paid and that you should receive keys.  When the Clubhouse Manager receives notification that the dues are paid you will receive two keys either by mail or dropped off at your address.  If you haven't received your keys after one week after moving in to your house call the clubhouse message line at 360-335-0682 and let them know that you are still keyless If you have lost a key replacements are $25.00. (checks only please)  Just call the clubhouse message line to request a replacement.   When are the homeowners meetings held? posted: December 21, 2005 On the third Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm.
