How Can I Get Involved in the Community?

Getting involved in our beautiful community is easy and rewarding. Attend the annual homeowners meeting in February, come to monthly homeowners board meetings, join a committee, participate in community events, get to know your neighbors.  Giving even a little of your time makes our community a stronger and safer place to live. Your commitment can make the difference.

The Homeowners Association Annual Meeting:

The Annual Meeting is held in February of each year to elect new board members and ratify the annual budget. Elect other members to serve, or run for a position yourself!. Check the February Calendar each year for the Annual Meeting date.

Homeowners Association (HOA) Board:

Click on the link above for details regarding the board, which meets monthly to conduct important business that impacts your and your family. For example, the board makes decisions about maintaining and upgrading the Clubhouse and its equipment, replacing tot lot play structures, maintaining and upgrading the trails, and in general keeping the community a wonderful place to live. Homeowners Association Committees:

Join a committee (click on the link above to find out more). Committees assist the board to conduct community business and put on events.   Giving a few hours of your time means big rewards.  See the Committees page

Other Ways to Get Involved:

Bring your kids to the Spring Egg Hunt or Harvest Party. Help a neighbor. Come up with ideas yourself about how to enhance the community. Come down to the Clubhouse and exercise, go to the game room, watch the big screen TV, or use the pool. Take your kids to the tot lot. Walk the trails and the neighborhood and introduce yourself to the people you meet on the way. These are all great ways to get to know your community and your neighbors.
